Terms of service
Effective May 1, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Siraar. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any child profiles you add.
1. Who can use Siraar
You must be 18 or older to create a parent account. Children may use the service only through a child profile created by their parent or legal guardian. Children do not register accounts and do not enter payment information.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code or content at scale.
- Use the service to harm children, including yours.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercialize content without written permission.
- Bypass technical limits, rate limits, or security controls.
4. Content and licenses
Editorial content on Siraar is © Siraar or its licensors and is provided for personal, non-commercial use within your household. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view and listen to that content through the service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Some features may require a subscription. We will tell you the price and renewal cadence before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per the policy of the platform you subscribed through (Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play).
6. Termination
You can close your account at any time from the parent dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that threaten the safety of children using the service. On termination we delete or anonymize child data per our privacy policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to keep the service safe and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the content will fit every family's values. Parents are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for their child.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siraar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. If we make a material change we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
